Drake Bell was arrested in Glendale, California, on Monday night.
Police confirmed to TMZ that the actor was pulled over when an officer noticed a car swerving and stopping abruptly. Bell was driving 55 mph in a 35 mph zone. When an officer pulled him over he noticed the smell of alcohol coming from the car.
Bell failed an on site breath test and was jailed for ten hours. He was released on the payment of a $20k bail.
