A mystery collective, known only as #Mistletube have attempted to add some festive cheer to the mundane London commute by hanging bunches of mistletoe in miscellaneous carriages. Sadly it’s kinda backfired and seems to have done little to inspire festive frolics.
Twitter users seem to appreciate the gesture and have been tweeting about the adorableness of the idea. Seems like the plot of a new British Christmas romantic comedy. We’d welcome that. The lips of a stranger on the cheek? Not today, ta.
