A millionaire property developer has been cleared of rape as it was found that he accidentally penetrated an eighteen-year-old girl when he tripped and fell.
Ehsan Abdulaziz was accused of forcing himself on the girl while she slept on the sofa of his Maida Vale apartment in West London.
According to The Mirror, the court heard that he had already had sex with her 24-year-old friend that evening, and that he may have subsequently slipped and landed on top of the younger girl.
They had reportedly met at the Cirque le Soir nightclub on August 7th and Mr. Abdulaziz invited the pair back to his apartment.
The teenager allegedly claimed that she awoke in the middle of the night and found Mr. Abdulaziz forcing himself inside her.
According to the publication, in his evidence, he claimed that she had attempted to pull him towards her and he slipped.
He claimed that he may have had semen on his hand following his sexual encounter with her friend, and that this is how his DNA was found in her vagina.
He said: “I’m fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened.”
Abdulaziz was cleared of one count of rape.
