The 10th Irish Film & Television Awards are fast-approaching and by the sounds of them, they’re going to be even better than we imagined.

As well as celebrating Ireland’s finest actors, writers and filmmakers, there is going to be a host of big names attending and guest presenting at the event, hosted by Simon Delaney, this weekend.

John C Reilly will be taking to the stage to present an award.

For starters John C Reilly (Step Brothers) will be presenting the Irish Film Board Rising Star Award.

He will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Saoirse Ronan (The Host), James Nesbitt (Cold Feet) and Victoria Smurfit (Dracula) who will also be handing out awards on the night.

Saoirse Ronan is one of the most successful Irish actresses.

Nominees also include Chris O’Dowd (Moone Boy), Amy Huberman (Threesome), Robert Sheehan (Love/Hate), Domhnall Gleeson (Anna Karenina), Colin Farrell (Seven Psychopaths) and Brendan O’Carroll (Mrs. Brown’s Boys).
