Tonight Gok is helping a 53-year-old woman, who has been out of the dating game for almost 20 years, get back into it with a makeover and seduction masterclass.

 

Africa – BBC One (9.00pm)

This week David Attenborough is exploring the Sahara Desert where animals have to adapt and battle for survival.

 

Unstoppable – RTÉ One (9.35pm)

Denzel Washington and Chris Pine star in this action thriller about two colleagues who have to prevent a train carrying toxic chemicals from crashing.

 

Derek – Channel 4 (10.00pm)

Despite receiving mixed reviews Ricky Gervais is back with a series of his comedy which revolves around a retirement-home.
