We have to admit that we saw it coming from the moment he was confirmed to be a contestant in the show but still, he deserves a mention.
Former X Factor contestant Rylan Clark has made it through all the nominations and bitching to win this year’s Celebrity Big Brother. Wonder if Gary Barlow voted?
Rylan may have lost out on The X Factor but he won Celebrity Big Brother.
The 24-year-old couldn’t believe it and, as you can imagine, was overcome with emotion when leaving the house. Don’t worry, it wasn’t quite as bad as his reaction to Nicole Sherzinger putting him through to the live shows.
Speaking to Brian Dowling during his post-eviction interview, the Esssex star said: “On my life for the past year all people have been doing is picking up the phone for me and I so appreciate it with all my heart.”
They weren’t everyone’s favourite couple but they made it to the final.
In second place came Heidi and Spencer, who received a rather deafening wave of boos, followed in third by Neighbours favourite Ryan Maloney (Toadie). Claire Richardson from Steps came in fourth leaving Neil Ruddock in fifth place.
And while we have to admit we didn’t enjoy the show half as much as when Jedward were in the house, we are glad to see Rylan win something.
