Music is the key to motivation when it comes to getting yourself amped up for a fitness session, so every week we’re picking five tunes to keep you moving, in association with Avonmore Slimline Milk.

No.1 – The Chart-Topper

If there’s one song to give you the “oomph” factor, it’s the latest from Swedish House Mafia. You mightn’t be able to hit all the notes, or we could just be talking for ourselves, here but the oddly emotional lyrics will have you bopping as you work out.

No.2 – The Nineties Number

Well, why not?! It will definitely keep you going in the gym… and nobody’s to know what you’re listening to!

No.4 – The Workout Wonder

High-tempo summer sounds… this is the tune to keep you motivated to get you fit for the sunny months. “Shake it?”, I am!

No. 4 – Noughties but Nice

She’s the Queen of Pop and there is no doubt but you’ll be mouthing along to the lyrics, perfect for the treadmill…

No. 5 – Essential Eighties

What a blast from the past… Another one we know all the lyrics to (although we’ll admit they’re not that difficult to remember), this tune will keep you pumping with motivation.
