We have to say we feel for Alistair the dog in this video clip. The poor pooch is just trying to make a new friend, but Maud the cat is clearly having none of it.
Yes, we cringed for poor Alistair as he tries to play with Maud. The friendly pooch uses his paw to try and get Maud’s attention, but she really just couldn’t be arsed with befriending a canine.
We literally couldn’t stop laughing when she makes the universal ‘hang-on-there-now’ human hand gesture to keep the dog at bay. Maud puts her paw on Alistair’s chest and gives him give an auld glare to show him that this whole friendship thing? We’ll it’s just never going to happen.
We imagine that poor Alistair walks away with his tail between his legs at the end of this hilarious YouTube clip.
Despite the fact that this video was originally uploaded a few years ago, it has gone viral today and is literally everywhere. Probably because people feel so sorry for Al.
