Mocktail of the Week: PomeGreat Martini Mocktail

If you're on a January health kick it doesn't mean you can't enjoy some tasty weekend treats - why not try out a healthy mocktail instead of the a calorie-laden cocktail this weekend?

If you’re swearing off partying this January and on a health kick, it doesn’t mean your taste buds have to suffer. That’s true of food, and of your drink choices too. So instead of pining for a weekend cocktail, why not try out one of our great Mocktail suggestions – we’ll bring you a new one every week in January!

Ingredients
• 40ml PomeGreat 100% Juice 
• 25ml Lime juice
• 12.5ml Pineapple juice
• 7-10 Blueberries
• 12.5ml Gomme / Sugar Syrup

Equipment:
• Cocktail Shaker
• Martini glass
• Bar spoon / tea spoon
• Cocktail strainer / Sieve
• Cocktail stick (for garnish)
• Muddler / Rolling pin

Method:
1.     Muddle blueberries inside cocktail strainer (save 3 blueberries for garnish)
2.     Add PomeGreat, Lime juice and Gomme to cocktail shaker
3.     Fill shaker halfway with ice, cover and shake vigorously
4.     Double strain / sieve ingredients into martini glass
5.     Garnish with 3 blueberries on a cocktail stick balanced on inside edge of glass
