Children of the 90’s rejoice, for today brought happy news. The original divas in denim announced their return… B*witched are back.
Famous for some of the catchiest godawful songs of the late nineties and early noughties, Edele and Keavy Lynch, Sinéad O’Carroll and Lindsay Armaou today provided proof on social media that they will sing ‘C’est La Vie’ once more.
The foursome are getting back together for ITV reality show ‘The Big Reunion’, which will also document the reunions of other cheesy pop favourites 5ive, Atomic Kitten, Honeyz, 911 and Liberty X.
Each band will get two weeks to rehearse ahead of a comeback performance, and it seems the time has come for B*witched. This tweet from the @BWitchedreunion account earlier proved that the years have been kind to the girls.
What has happened to their voices and dance routines in the years since, though, is something we shall have to find out when the programme airs.
For now – let’s remind ourselves of THAT breakout hit. And don’t kid yourself, at two in the morning you’d still Irish dance like a lunatic to this one…
