While the rest of us mere mortals try to conceal our festive food babies under layers of slouchy jumpers and oversized shirts, it seems the rich and famous use the Christmas break to hit-up the Caribbean for a spot of uber exclusive winter sun, specifically the tiny island of St Barts.
A miniscule eight miles long, the lump of volcanic rock is a firm A list favourite and with an average temperature of 28 degrees Celsius in December and January it’s no wonder the great and the good (and the cast of Made in Chelsea) descend en masse to the Caribbean island around this time of year.
