Actor Jody Latham and his fiancée Sarah Byrne were allegedly assaulted at a theatre in Manchester over the weekend.
The couple were at a performance of Bagheads at Lowry Theatre on Sunday when they reportedly got into an altercation with other members of the audience.
This exchange continued on in the bar area at which point Jody and Sarah were allegedly attacked. The pair, neither of whom were seriously injured, fled the scene and the police were called.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police told The Sun newspaper: “Officers were called to reports of an assault… No one has been arrested and an investigation is continuing.”
Jody is best known for starring in television shows including Shameless, Waterloo Road and EastEnders.
