He may have shied away from the media limelight in recent years, but it seems Rob Kardashian’s efforts to mind his health and get in shape are really paying off.
The 28-year old posted two photos to his Instagram account, marking a noticeably slender facial selfie and toned arms.
Rob, who has shunned the spotlight in recent years during his weight gain and bouts of depression, shared the first selfie of himself in more than a year in a black and white shot simply captioned ‘Gnight’:
A second snap posted just hours ago see the star out for dinner with friends with toned arms showcasing his tattoos.

The photos mark a slow reintroduction to his former lifestyle, with Rob sharing a family snap of brother-in-law Kanye kissing daughter North in early August. The 28-year old had previously wiped his account clean, before posting a picture of himself eating a sandwich in late July.
He later followed it up with a second snap of the pair – signalling a truce between him and Kanye:
While he has been keeping a distance from the publicity of the KUWTK TV show and publicity, sister Khloe did confirm that he was living with her in her home.
Speaking to Complex magazine, Khloe said she wants to support her brother through his difficult time:
“I have a big ass house and I wanted it so he could feel, like, comfortable. He’s going through a hard time now, and it’s behind gates. With this crazy lifestyle you have to think of places where you can still have your freedom.”
