If you’re trying to work up some action between the sheets, it might be time to rustle up something to nibble on…
The latest study says if you want things to get hot and heavy in the bedroom, it might be worth cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
No, we’re not talking about making oysters…

New research has found that the fastest way to make women crave some bedroom action is to keep her feeling full.
The study, published in Appetite, looked at the effect hunger and eating had to a woman’s response to romantic or sexually stimulating images.
Subjects were asked to fast for eight hours before being presented with the images – which were a collection of both entirely neutral and romantic nature.
The women were first shown a set of images before eating. Their responses lacked any excitement or indication of favouring one over the other.

The participants were then given food to feel full, which proved successful in arousing the women’s responses to sexual stimuli.
Speaking about the results, author Alice Ely from the University of California-San Diego School of Medicine said:
“We found that young women both with and without a history of dieting had greater brain activation in response to romantic pictures in reward-related neural regions after having eaten than when hungry.”
So what’s the moral of the story?
If you’re planning on a romantic evening for two, but need some encouragement for the no pants dance, make sure food is on the agenda.
