Legendary director Wes Craven has died at the age of 76.
Craven is best known for directing films including A Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream and The Last House On The Left.
He directed a number of famous horror movies.
“It is with deep sadness we inform you that Wes Craven passed away at 1pm on Sunday, August 30th after battling brain cancer,” a statement from his family read.
