A man has decided to try and come up with his own solution to a kidney transplant waiting list… by trading his Kanye Yeezy Boost runners in return for a working organ.
Michigan man Matt Neal posted the photo below of the adidas Originals x Kanye West collaboration runners to Facebook with the caption:

Neal, who is a blood type B positive, is hoping to swap his size 10 runners for one working kidney – hoping that the swap is the legal loophole he needs to gain a kidney (because, no it’s illegal to buy an organ).
Neal has since posted his shock and surprise at the attention his Facebook post is receiving, writing:
“I’ve been in tears twice now because all the love and support that I’m getting from random strangers!!”
