Mark Rivera, a new anchor from Illinois, proposed to his girlfriend live on air yesterday after inviting her onto his show to talk about her job.
Mark told Alissa Groeninger that she would be joining him on air to talk about her role as a journalist at The State Journal Register.
However, as soon as the cameras started rolling, Mark told viewers that himself and Alissa had been a couple for three years and that he had a question he needed to ask her.
