Young Apprentice – BBC One (8.00pm)
Tonight the young business minds have to brand hairstyling products. As well as doing the advertisement, the two teams will also have to pitch to industry professionals but one team will have to lose and one of the contestants will have to go home.

Jamie & Jimmy’s Food Fight Club – Channel 4 (9.00pm)
In this new series Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty open a seaside café in Essex to which they invite their family, friends and celebrities to eat. The duo will also venture around Europe to find out about some of our favourite dishes.

Who Do you Think You Are? – BBC One (9.00pm)
Liverpudlian comedian John Bishop traces his family tree this evening and the search throws up a few surprises including the fact that he isn’t the only one to have made it onto the stage and his great-great-grandfather was a prisoner of war.

MasterChef Ireland – RTÉ Two (9.30pm)
The last four contestants will have to earn their place in the next stage of the competition. To make it to the semi-final they will have to prove themselves by preparing a number of dishes, designed to expose their weaknesses, for some of Ireland’s top chefs.

The Fear – Channel 4 (10.00pm)
In the last of the series of the crime drama Richie is on the run and he’s not the only one. The Becketts are being pursued by both the police and Marin’s gang. Starring Peter Mullan, Paul Nicholls and Harry Lloyd.
