Last night’s Late Late Toy Show was a real cracker but as always a few magical moments really stood out…
Swamp Inspired Number
Last night, The Late Late Show stage was unrecognisable. The filthy swamp was filled with wolves, princesses, gingerbread men, piggies and of course the main man himself Shrek. The Billie Barry kids really nailed the Smashmouth classic I’m a Believer and as if by magic, the ogre morphed into Ryan by the end of the number.
Union J Come Out Of The Jacks
The X Factor’s only remaining boy band flew all the way to Dublin only to stand in a make shift bathroom as Ryan introduced them to a probably-tipsy audience of mums and dads. The boys popped out of the loo leaving the sound of a loud flush in their wake before heading out for a chat to Ryan.

Ryan Douses The Audience With Cupcakes and Cream
Nessa the magician was truly appalled at Ryan’s terrible cake decorating skills. Not only did he get cream, frosting and sprinkles everywhere but he then threw the sweet bomb toward the head of an unsuspecting audience member. We don’t think Ryan would fair well in the Great Irish Bake Off although, little star Nessa should definitely be considered.

Ah Here Leave It Ou’
Demonstrating toys to Ryan must be frustrating at times and ne ten-year-old definitely arouse a cackle from the audience when shouted ‘Ah Here Leave It Ou’’ at the gadget-breaking host. The little girl obviously has been catching up on her post-homework Youtube sessions!

Any Craic?
Little Alex and his tractor truly stole the show last night. Appearing next to Ryan on his John Deere, equipped with a horse on the back, the little one tried to engage ryin in a cúpla focal.
However, he must have been less than impressed with Ryan’s conversation skills as he revealed that there wasn’t any craic to be told before bombing it away in his machinery.
