The 33-year-old has spoken candidly in the past about her experience with postnatal depression following the birth of Seimi.
The sports news reporter has welcomed her second child.
She told RTÉ: “I was just crying, sobbing at the drop of a hat. If someone had said to me that I would be crying the week after I brought my new bundle of joy home, I wouldn’t have believed them.
“It wasn’t until after that I realised lots of women go through this. It’s all normal.”
Congratulations to the family.
