Another Albert Square resident is leaving!
Digital Spy has revealed that Declan Bennett is filming his final scenes for EastEnders after being written out of the show.

The actor, who plays Charlie Cotton, joined the popular soap in early 2014.
A spokesperson told the website: “We can confirm that Declan Bennett will be leaving EastEnders. We wish him all the best for the future.”

Details of his exit storyline, including whether his onscreen love interest Roxy Mitchell (Rita Simons) will be joining him, are being kept under wraps.
Other characters who are leaving include Lola Pearce (Danielle Howard) and Carol Jackson (Lindsey Coulson).
