We imagine that being personal assistant to one of the biggest female stars on the planet would be a role full of glamour and fabulosity.
However, in a candid interview with Vogue this week, the lucky lady in the coveted role revealed it’s not all you think.

Sam has to be ready for anything.
Queen Bey’s right-hand-woman Sam Greenburg admitted that she goes out of her way not to upstage her boss.
She said: “In this job it is about looking clean and looking cool, and not trying to be much in the spotlight because that isn’t why you’re there. It is also representing whom you work for.

Greenburg always makes sure to look work-appropriate.
When asked what her go-to wardrobe on the job is, Sam revealed she keeps it chilled but functional.
She said; “Sometimes we get off the plane and go straight to a show or to a meeting. I always make sure it isn’t too ‘sweatpants and sweatshirt’.
“I wear overalls which are really comfortable on planes.”

And backstage? “If I’m on tour, I’m absolutely wearing black backstage. I’ve always worn black, so it wasn’t too much of a challenge.
“It’s to blend into the background; people won’t have to see a person in a bright pink top running back and forth on stage.”
