In this tear-jerking flick a soldier (Channing Tatum) falls in love with a student (Amanda Seyfried) but when September 11th happens, he decides to return to duty putting both his life and their love at risk.

A Cinderella Story – ITV2 (7.00pm)
It’s cheesy and it’s silly but this romantic comedy starring Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray is actually great fun.

Heston’s Fantastical Food –Channel 4 (9.00pm)
Tonight chef Heston Blumenthal is taking the term tea-break to a whole new level. As well as creating the biggest packet of biscuits, he will also be serving everyone’s favourite hot drink in the world’s largest teacup.

Homeland – RTÉ Two (9.00pm)
The drama continues as Brody looks destined for a breakdown. Will Carrie’s intervention prevent this?

Fresh Meat – Channel 4 (10.00pm)
