The actors who played the most wholesome family on television in The Brady Bunch have recently opened up about a super sweet backstage love triangle.
Speaking on Australia’s Today Show, Susan Olsen who played Cindy Brady in the hit 70s sitcom, revealed that she was the object of the youngest males’ affections until Eve Plumb (aka Jan Brady) “blossomed.”

The trio still regularly meet at events.
The 53-year-old was joined on the Today couch by Mike Lookinland and Christopher Knight, who played Bobby and Peter respectively.
In the tell-all interview the trio admitted that Eve Plumb was certainly not overlooked in the same way her character Jan was.

The Brady Bunch first aired in 1969.
Mike began by saying: “I only had eyes for Susan until…” Susan then interjected with: “Eve started developing.”
Mike answered: “Yeah, you bet… Now, Susan and I never went further than a little smoochy-smoochy.”

The youngest Bradys were each other’s first real-life crushes.
But it turns out it might have been less of a love triangle and more of a love square as Christopher revealed he also had eyes for both Susan and Eve.
He said: “At 16, Eve bloomed a little earlier than I did.” Susan quipped: “She took you away from me!”
They say time heals a broken heart, but you never forget your first crush.
