We’ll be honest and admit that when it comes to Irish celebrities, we have a major girl-crush on Amy Huberman (or ‘Hubes’ as we call her in the office). So needless to say, we were delighted for Amy when we heard that she was expecting her first baby with hubby Brian O’Driscoll.
Now Amy has revealed that pregnancy won’t change her fierce work ethic and she fully intends on being a working mammy. Fair play to her.
Speaking about her pregnancy, Amy said that she expected to be back on set and back at her writing desk several months after she gives birth to her little one.

“Obviously for the first few months I will be on baby mode, it’s nice to have the calendar clear for a little while. And then we’ll see how we get on. I certainly want to get back on the horse with the acting and the writing,” said Amy, who is five-and-a-half months pregnancy.
“I will probably be a working mum. We don’t know if Threesome is going to go again but hopefully it will and if it does, I will go back to that. Obviously you have got to find a balance and life is going to change. It’s going to be great, it is going to be really exciting and we’ll figure it out,” she added.
We don’t know about you, but we imagine Hubes and BOD are going to be the coolest parents ever – could you just imagine the craic you’d have with them?
