We have to hand it to the Americans. Despite the fact that they’re currently getting battered by one of the largest hurricanes in recent years, they won’t let the wind and the rain dampen their spirits.
In fact, they’re actually going out of their way to have a laugh and make sure that the world knows that nobody (not even a hurricane) can push around a New Yorker. Sound.
