We’ve heard of dedication to your profession, but this is incredible.
When MIT neuroscientist Nancy Kanwisher wanted to teach her students the regions of the brain that specifically control functuality, she decided to go the extra mile.
Making a tutorial video for her students, the lecturer then proceeded to demonstrate the areas.
Only one problem…
Speaking to the camera Kanwisher addresses an obvious catch:
“It’s kind of hard to tell with all this damn hair in the way, so let’s take care of that.”
The teacher then grabs scissors and a razor and completes her lesson, complete with a diagram drawn onto her newly shaven head.
This is kind of amazing.
