Former TOWIE star Mark Wright has landed a new TV role and he’s going to be a kids presenter on CBBC.
We couldn’t have predicted this one but Mark is said to be thrilled about the new position.
Mark will co-present The Dengineers with vlogger Lauren Layfield and the news was confirmed via Twitter this morning.

A source spoke to The Mirror: “Mark is still a big name in TV, even if previous formats didn’t really work. He has always wanted to be a kids’ TV presenter.
“He starts filming next month and can’t wait”.

CBBC said: “Over the series, the duo will surprise 10 kids with the news that they have been selected for The Dengineers”.
“With the help of expert designers and builders and the youngsters themselves, the Dengineers team will then construct an extraordinary den, either completely from scratch or by transforming an existing space in the home, like a cellar or attic”.
