Christina Hendricks revealed that she hates thinking about the end of Mad Men, and we dread saying goodbye to Don Draper here in Her.ie, too!
The flame-haired actress plays the fiery and opinionated Joan in the Emmy Award winning show, set in 1960s New York, but Christina said that she can’t bear the thought of saying goodbye to all of her cast mates when the time comes to put a lid on Mad Men.
According to Glamour magazine, Christina said: “I hate to even think of it finishing.

“I have concerns about finding something I’m going to fall in love with as much.
“I’ve got a couple of things lined up for the next break, and I hope to enjoy my home and husband.
“Just keep going, try to live a happy, normal life, and find a great job,” she said.
The three time Emmy Award nominated actress said that Mad Men’s success has “completely changed” her career.
Since landing a role on the hit drama, Christina revealed that auditioning for parts in films has become a lot easier.

Joan said she would miss her cast mates including John Hamm who plays Don Draper
“Instead of people wondering who you are, you walk in and they say, ‘I love your show.’ It’s a nice way to start an audition,” she said.
The sixth season of Mad Men is due to begin shooting before Christmas and Her.ie can’t wait to feast our eyes on Don Draper once again.
