Slipknot guitarist Mick Thomson is believed to be seriously injured after he was stabbed in the head.
The 41-year-old was rushed to hospital when he sustained a serious head injury after he was allegedly stabbed by his brother.
According to reports, the pair got into a fight at his home in Iowa.
Mick’s brother Andrew was reportedly also brought to hospital with injuries.
“Neither individual was very cooperative,” Clive Police Chief Michael Venema told the New York Daily News. “Our detectives will be following up as soon as their medical situation allows us.”

Lead singer Corey Taylor took to Twitter to keep fans updated on his bandmates’s condition.
It has been reported that the fight between the two brothers began inside the property.
The band are set to go back on tour next month.
