The big screen adaptation of Gillian Flynn’s Gone Girl was a massive hit both at the box office and among critics.
This year another of her books is going to be hitting the big screen, Dark Places, this time with director Gilles Paquet-Brenner at the helm.
It’s about a girl called Libby Day who testified against her brother after the rest of her family were massacred. Twenty-five years after the horrific incident, her past raises its head once more.
With a Gillian Flynn story and a stellar cast – including Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult and Chloe Grace Moretz – at its core, we reckon this is going to be another great movie.
