We regularly hear celebrity gossip through the grapevine here at the Her.ie office, but this one really had us sitting back in surprise.
The one and only Brad Pitt has revealed that he would jump at the chance to do a Bollywood film.
The star actor, 48, told the Indian news agency IANS that he could see himself dancing in the background of an Indian film, with the rest of the crew!
“Indian cinema seems to be growing very well at its own pace. I would love to work in a Bollywood film as there is so much drama and colour in the films there,” he said in the interview.
Brad revealed his knowledge and appreciation of world cinema as he spoke fondly of the Indian film-making.
“The filmmaking, I hear, has evolved a lot in India, and of late we have witnessed some good films making a presence at the Oscars and the world stage.”

The Hollywood Reporter said that Pitt added; “You never know when I might decide to work in a Bollywood film and do one of those dance numbers with the whole crew in the backdrop.”
We would definitely pay to see that! But we wonder what Angie thinks of Brad’s life aspirations…
He also told IANS that he wished he’d got to work with Aishwarya Rai in Troy, a film which the actress turned down.
Looks like Brad and Angelina could have India down next on their bucket list…
