We’ll be resting up for our crazy weekend and tuning into some quality telly tonight. Here’s what we’ll be watching.
The X Factor USA – TV3 (20:30 – 22:00)
Simon Cowell, LA Reid, Demi Lovato and Britney Spears return in tonight’s X Factor USA as they continue the auditions. Irish favourite Louis Walsh makes his debut on the American version of the show.
New Girl – E4 (21:30 -22:00)
Jess drowns her sorrows after her break up with Russell and accidently spends the night with her ex-boyfriend. Nick returns to his mean ex-girlfriend Caroline and Cece takes Schmidt to visit her granny in a nursing home.
Fair City – RTÉ One (20:00 – 20:30)
In tonight’s episode Judith searches for the truth about Lucy’s eye transplant and Paul leaves Wanye in control of his precious garage but the decision lands Keith in trouble. Louis tells Renee about what Bob did to Turlough, which shocks the returning Carrigstown resident.
Super Garden – RTÉ One (20:30 – 21:00)
Amateur garden designer Anne Byrne creates a plot for a couple in Galway who have a one-year-old child. She hopes the design will win her the top prize in Dublin’s Bloom Festival.
Insomnia – Sky2 (21:00 – 23:15)
A detective travels to Alaska to investigate a murder where sleep deprivation takes its toll because of the never-ending sunlight. He accidently shoots his partner dead and tries to cover it up but the criminal they are hunting sees everything and blackmails him. This thriller stars Al Pacino, Robin Williams and Hilary Swank.
