Now, we’ve been saying for ages that the X-Factor could do with a bit of ‘sexing up’ but this isn’t what we had in mind.
Gary Barlow and Cheryl Cole were forced to stop filming the judge’s house stage of the show recently when a young couple were found getting down and dirty in some nearby bushes. Yes, really.
Eagle-eyed X-Factor producers noticed that a few bushes were shaking on set and they were convinced that some daring members of the paparazzi were hiding in the shrubbery in order to get a few exclusive snaps of Gary and Cheryl.
Some security guards went over to investigate and let’s just say that they got a lot more than they bargained for…
“Security expected some bloke with a camera and were stunned when it turned out to be two young lovers in their 20s,” said a source, speaking to The Sun newspaper.
“The pair looked as shocked as our security staff and quickly stopped what they were doing and pulled their clothes back on. They made their excuses and left. It seems they’d been having a picnic and got carried away,” the source added.
The couple were found getting down and dirty in a nearby bush.
Last Saturday, it was revealed on the reality TV talent show that former judge Cheryl Cole would be returning to the programme in order to help Gary Barlow select his final acts.
Simon Cowell took to his Twitter account to welcome Cheryl back to the programme, but according to the singer, her return has got nothing to do with Mr Cowell.
“I saw Simon’s tweet. I’m not doing this for him. I am doing this for Gary as he’s my friend and he asked me to do it,” said Cheryl.
Fair enough. We wonder if the couple that was caught in the bushes will be tuning in for the next episode?
