We thought these two had put the past behind them, but it is obvious that Katie Price has no intention of making friends with her ex-hubby, Peter Andre and has served him with a monstrous lawsuit.
The ex-glamour model claims that Peter and her former manager Claire Powell were responsible for a smear campaign against her and she is suing them for a whopping £250,000 (€313,320).
According to The Daily Mail, Claire Powell, who still works with Peter, is accused of compiling smears about Katie’s split from Peter.
The lawsuit was reportedly prompted by an email, which accused Katie of sleeping with her riding instructor Andrew Gould and also contained private medical information.

The email in question is believed to be in breach of the contract signed by Claire.
Court papers are said to contain a sworn statement from Katie’s former friend Jamelah Asmar, which she believes was prompted by Peter’s lawyers in an effort to damage her reputation.
A spokesperson for the businesswoman said: “Kate is having to continue her claim against her ex-husband; ex-manager and ex-friend for breach of confidence.
“The pleadings in that action speak for themselves and Kate has no comment to add,” she said.

Meanwhile, Claire Powell denied the suggestion that she broke her contract.
“We consider that the claim is without merit. The matter is in the hands of our lawyers and will be defended vigorously.”
The couple has been involved in a number of legal battles since their split and Katie was forced to pay Peter an undisclosed amount after she claimed he cheated on her with Claire Powell and that he didn’t love her son Harvey as much as he said.
