Whelan’s has apologised to the Ed Sheeran fans who did not get tickets for tonight’s show despite being among the ‘winners’ of those who applied.
According to reports, over 100 people were left disappointed when they went to collect their wristbands for the exclusive VH1 gig at the Dublin venue only to find out they were none left.
One Her.ie reader told us that she won tickets but soon found out that it was ‘first come first served’ and that the performance was sold out. She called it an “absolute disgrace.”
The hotspot has posted an apology on their Facebook page, explaining that details of the application and collection process were included in the terms and conditions.
