Lead singer Monica Martin’s breathy-yet-powerful vocals has earned her comparisons to singing legend Nina Simone and is undoubtedly what sets this band apart from many others.

Last year we caught the sextet at their debut Irish show at Electric Picnic and it wasn’t long before the band made their return to Irish shores with a sell-out gig at Dublin’s The Sugar Club in November.
