The cast of MTV’s Jersey Shore has congratulated their friend and Seaside Heights’ roommate Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi on the birth of her baby.
The reality star welcomed her baby boy, Lorenzo, into the world on Saturday.
DJ Pauly D was the first of the Jersey Shore crew to congratulate the new mom and issued a statement to MTV.

“So happy for Snooks and Jionni, can’t wait to meet the newest addition to our ‘Shore’ family, Baby Lorenzo! Uncle Pauly is ready to teach the lil’ dude how to DJ,” he said.
Snooki’s fellow ‘meatball’ Deena, who the star kissed in Italy, sent her best wishes to Jionni and Nicole.
“I’m so happy for my meatball. Lorenzo is going to be one of the most loved and spoiled babies around,” she told MTV News.
Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino, who is currently in the Celebrity Big Brother House issued a statement from within the walls.
“Congratulations Nicole and Jionni on the birth of your son Lorenzo,” he said.

Beef cake Ronnie also joined in the congratulations when he took to his Twitter to comment on the birth.
“@snooki & @JLaValle make sure you Get me the baby shoe size, start dressing him in some #Jordans ASAP!! Congratulations!#BabyLorenzo,” he tweeted.
Ronnie’s on again off again girlfriend Sammy Sweetheart also took to the social networking site to congratulate the reality stars.
“Congrats @snooki !!!!! So happy for you.”

Snooki’s best friend Jwow took to her Twitter to congratulate her friend and spoke about meeting Lorenzo for the first time.
“So proud of @snooki and @JLaValle! Lorenzo is the cutest baby I ever seen. Love him already,” she wrote.
It is believed that Snooki is keeping tight wraps on her little bundle of joy because she has signed an exclusive deal with a magazine to publish photographs of the tot.
