A recently conducted poll showed that people are trying to think of new interests which will make them stand out to future employers.
However, in case you thought adding your social media habits to your CV was a good idea, it really isn’t.
The poll involved over 1,000 HR specialists and the results showed that HR departments responded worst to people who included Facebook as one of their hobbies.

This poll was carried out by the Army Reserve in a bid to show that signing up with them can help you learn useful skills that could be worthy of inclusion on your CV.
After Facebook, the worst thing you could say is shopping.
Third place goes to playing with pets/animals, fourth place is drinking, fifth is sleeping and sixth is watching TV.
Seventh place goes to eating, eighth is collecting random objects, ninth is texting and tenth is saying you’re a Harry Potter fan (ouch).
