The singer was spotted in Tiffany’s in New York with his girlfriend Sophia Smith this week.
The couple, who started dating last year, were later snapped leaving the store with a blue bag.

Liam added fuel to the fire by quoting a lyric from a Magic song about getting down on one knee. On Saturday morning he wrote: “Saturday morning jumped out of bed”.
Last night he also tweeted: “Never gunna sleep tonight… Goodnight everyone what a fantastic year this has been thank you so much [sic].”
Despite all this, and the frenzy that it has caused among the 1D fanbase, there is no clear indication that the pair are engaged.
If anything, he was probably just picking her up a Christmas present. We say probably. We obviously don’t know for certain.
