Say what you will about Georgia Salpa, but you have to hand it to her – behind all that beauty, there is definitely a keen business mind. Georgia Salpa is a lady who knows how to market herself.
And here at Her.ie we’re all about sistah’s doin’ it for themselves, especially when it comes to making money and climbing the career ladder. Fortunately for Georgia, it looks as though she’s about to get a massive boost up said ladder this autumn.
The Irish Independent reports that RTE are hoping to boost their ratings in the coming season by giving The Salpa her own television show.
Georgia, who is known for gracing the covers of FHM and appearing in other gentlemanly magazines, is apparently very interested in developing her acting talents, following her successful appearance on RTE’s The Republic of Telly last year.
According to reports, RTE are very keen to get the model on board for their new television season, but details of Georgia’s new show are being kept strictly under wraps by the national broadcaster.
“Georgia has a new show coming up on RTE,” said a source, speaking to the Irish Daily Star.
“She impressed the team behind the Republic of Telly with her natural acting abilities and is a huge draw with viewers,” the source added.

Georgia has made some famous friends in the past year.
Last year, Georgia was a regular fixture on the comedy sketch show, and appeared as comedian Bernard O’Shea’s love interest and, of course, she had a hilarious rivalry going on with Jennifer Maguire.
Apparently, Georgia is just dying to expand her brand and branch out into other areas aside from modelling – acting is one of her passions and she’s hoping to make a name for herself in the television industry.
The news of Georgia’s show on RTE comes a few weeks after it was reported that the 27 year old was in the States, talking to television executives about launching her own Kardashian-style reality television show. And it’s not just the States who are eager to get a bit of Georgia…
“There’s been lots of talk between US producers and her agents in Ireland and the UK. She could definitely come away with her own show,” said a source.
