Today is Gabrielle Union’s birthday which got us thinking about that A-MAZING film she was in back in the day and all of the wonderful things it taught us. We bring you 13 life lessons we learned from Bring It On…
1. If all else fails, do spirit fingers.
2. Be aggressive. Be be aggressive.
3. Being “the sh*t” is a good thing.
4. Cheerleading songs are the sh*t. (We totally remember all of the words).
5. Being an awkward dancer is socially acceptable.
6. There is a thing called a spirit stick… but it’s not at all what we imagined.
7. Regina George wasn’t the original teen movie bitch.
8. Spelling can be sacrificed for the sake of humour.
9. Brushing your teeth can be a means of flirting.
10. You’re never too old to jump up and down on your bed while playing loud music.

11. ALWAYS wear something under spankies.

12. And always bring it.

13. Last but not least, coming second is fine.
