Justin Bieber has sparked outrage online after posting a tweet referring to Princess Diana’s death.
The pop singer, who’s Ferrari was allegedly hit by paparazzi, compared the crash to the incident which killed the Princess of Wales.
Hours after the collision, Bieber took to Twitter, posting:
There should be laws against what I just experienced. We should have learned from the death of Princess Diana…

…I don’t have a problem with Paparazzi but when they act recklessly they put us all in danger.

The tweets were met with a wave of criticism, branding the 20-year old “attention seeking” and “pitiful”.
This isn’t the first time Bieber caused a stir disrespecting the dead, when he left a comment in the guestbook of Anne Frank’s home in Amsterdam in 2013 saying:
“Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber.”
