Could You Be A Doctor Of Chocolate? Step This Way…

Are you an expert in chocolate?

Her

Count yourself as a chocolate expert? Well we might just have the perfect career path for you.

Cambridge University is seeking a researcher for a PhD on chocolate. Yes, dreams can come true.

The chosen candidate will be part of the college’s Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, but you do need certain qualifications to apply.

A dedication to Cadbury is instead being looked over for four years of undergraduate study in science. (Yes, we’re disappointed too.)

The selected student will then be tasked with stopping chocolate from melting in warm climates by studying the ‘fundamentals of heat-stable chocolate.’

The course will ‘investigate the factors which allow chocolate…to remain solid and retain qualities sought by consumers when it is stored and sold in warm climates.’

Don’t worry, we were probably ruled out anyway. It doesn’t count as an experiment if you eat the lab test before it’s begun.
