The countdown is on to one of the country’s greatest music festivals.
Longitude kicks off this Friday at Dublin’s Marlay Park and stage times have just been revealed.
Main stage events will kick off on Friday with one of our favourite up-and-coming British acts, Josh Record, at 3pm, while on Saturday and Sunday things will get underway at the earlier time of 2pm with Irish artists, Tvvins and We Cut Corners.
The festival stage times in full:

The site map was released yesterday, making it very easy for festival goers to plan their weekend.

Yesterday, Promoters MCD issued a warning to individuals attending this weekend’s musical festivities.
Major delays getting to and from the venue are expected and organisers have warned that fans must plan and book return travel arrangements in advance.
Marathon return shuttle bus departures from Dublin city centre to the event are on sale and a limited number of bus tickets are available for sale on a first come first serve basis.
Folk attending the festival are advised to book ahead as traffic delays are deemed “inevitable”, and fans have been told to allow at least an additional two hours of travel time.
A weather warning is also in place. Punters have been told to expect rain, and are asked to bring rain gear as no umbrellas will be allowed on site.
