Earlier this week, it seemed like the axe had finally fallen on Garth Brooks’ five dates at Croke Park but it appears now that it ain’t over yet.
An email, reportedly sent by Garth Brooks to Peter Aiken of Aiken Promotions, has emerged and sees the country singer appeal to the promoter to find an alternative plan for the controversial concerts.
In the letter, he reveals how “badly my heart is breaking right now” and vows to work “up to the last second” if the “powers that be” can find a way for the event to proceed.
