Now that he is free from the whole Iron Man franchise, Robert Downey Jr. has been able to take on a few more projects that may be a little bit more of a challenge.
One of his upcoming films is The Judge, the story of big city lawyer Hank Palmer, who returns to his childhood home where his estranged father, the town’s judge, played by Robert Duvall, is suspected of murder. He sets out to discover the truth and along the way reconnects with the family he walked away from years before.
The film is due for release here on the 24th of October and we have a feeling this is looking for those Oscar nominations.
