Save, Steal Or Splurge – Guess Which You Can Bag For €25, €62 And €450

Three different looks for three different prices.

Cathy Donohue

We have been running a series over the last couple of months on the style staples that every woman should have in their wardrobe.

From the black blazer to a white shirt, tan tote bag to printed pants, maxi dress, brogues and midi-length full skirts to name but a few…we have it covered.

This week it’s the maxi dress and we have put together three options: one priced at €25, one costs €62 and the third one is €450.

€25, at River Island

The maxi dress is a versatile piece, perfect for the spring summer season. This wine floor-length one is a brilliant bargain buy and will form the basis for many of your summer outfits. Team it with a open denim shirt and tan sandals or throw a loose knit on top to make a maxi skirt. Lots of different looks for less spend, this is always a bonus.

£50 (€62) at Topshop

This is our middle of the road pick, not quite as cheap as the first option but it’s more affordable than a designer item. The print stands out and this is a look guaranteed to get you noticed. Again wear it with flats for a daytime look but you can dress this one up with strappy sandals as the chiffon like fabric is dressier than the cotton number above.

MSGM, €450 at Harvey Nichols

Since we spotted this dress, we have been dreaming about it (all of the time) and pretty much need to have it. There’s a deep V at the back and a modest slit too so this is one maxi that will pull out all the style stops. Wear it on a hot date or for a evening dinner, it’s a timeless piece too so cost per wear will soothe any guilt over the expensive price.
