After winning ‘Song Of The Year’ at the Meteor Choice Music Prize, a sold out album launch night in The Grand Social and support confirmed for Kanye West and Pharrell William’s in Marley Park July 4th, 2014 is going to be yet another incredible year for Dublin trio, O.R.B.
The lads plan to celebrate their second album ‘All We Are’, which went straight in at the top slot on iTunes and is HMV’s biggest selling new release of the year, with an all ages headline show at The Olympia Theatre, Dublin on September 5th.
The success of their debut album, ‘This Life’, has brought O.R.B to almost every corner of the world and last year they accompanied fellow Dubliners, The Script, on their Australian and European arena tour.
Tickets for their celebratory home gig at The Olympia are priced at €20 and will go on sale this Friday May 23rd at 9am via Ticketmaster.ie.
We caught up with the guys ahead of their album release and Ned told us that the famous Dublin venue is one of the band’s highlights to date after selling it out three times in 2013.
“The Olympia is always going to be awesome, there’s no Irish musician that doesn’t want to play the there,” he said.
