We shared some snaps of Britney’s impressive taut tummy from her holiday, and now her fitness regime is out. Her flawless figure is down to ‘old-school’ cardio and weights.
Tony Martinez, Britney’s fitness trainer, opened up about the star’s gym habits in a new interview with E! news, revealing:
“She was used to weights and running or cardio. She is old-school and would do cardio for an hour.”
Britney is currently in training for her Las Vegas residency, and has worked hard to tone up and increase fitness ahead of the demanding stage show.
Martinez praised the mum of two for her attitude to fitness and her body, saying:
“One of the things about her that stands out is she doesn’t have it in her head that she wants to be thin. Normally they have to be x, y, z and want to weigh 100 pounds. She just wants to be healthy and that is really good. She doesn’t want a stick figure. She likes her athletic body. She is absolutely a role model. I think she is happy how she looks and feels good and she likes a different change of workouts for herself. She feels good about her body.”
We’d be feeling pretty good about ourselves too if we were rocking that body.
